Repowering's Banister House Project, the largest community owned energy project in social housing in the UK, is now complete and fully operational.

Despite the Government’s proposed cuts to the feed in tariff and tax relief system, Banister House Solar has launched to a great success.

I welcomed Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell, Shadow Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change Lisa Nandy and Co-operative Party General Secretary Claire McCarthy to Hackney to view the solar panels and meet residents.
