School funding

Schools must find £3bn worth of efficiency savings by 2020. The Education Secretary announced on 17 July £1.3bn extra funding. However, it is not clear where this money will come from. School budgets are not certain and many heads are making decisions which are short term. I have written to the Education Secretary asking for clarity on where the £1.3bn will come from.
