Clapton Pond notice board

I joined Cllr Ian Rathbone and members of the Clapton Pond Neighbourhood Action Group to unveil the new Clapton Pond notice board. The handcrafted board is the first part of a series of improvements to the area which the groups has raised funds for including a fountain and resurfacing of the pathways.

The council has now agreed to clean and reline the pond itself – a long awaited improvment which will create a small green oasis in a busy area.
