Community leaders

I joined Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin, Mike Coysh, chairman of the Haggerston Pools campaign and Valerie Carlow for a reception at 10 Downing Street celebrating the contribution made by individuals to their community. These three Hackney residents got the chance to meet Tony Blair and other ministers.

I am hoping to host a specifically Hackney focused event for people who have championed the interests of their community. Numbers will be limited but if you would like to suggest names, please contact my office.
