Debate on Exiting the European Union and Sanctions

Today I spoke in the debate on exiting the European Union.

With only one Bill published for our exit from the EU, with no serious plans on the table, and with it becoming apparent that when we come back in the autumn we will not get going seriously until October"”we are getting to a point at which we will not even have 18 months to negotiate our exit.
