Event with APPG on Nigeria and UKTI

On 4th November, I chaired a meeting organised by the APPG on Nigeria and UKTI. I welcolmed HE Babatunde Raji Fashola, State Governor of Lagos, to Parliament to discuss how to sustain the progress that has been made in the state since 2007.

This meeting explored how UK businesses can get the most out of our trade agreement with Nigeria and showed the potential for new economic ventures that are in the country.

It was an extremely successful meeting and a pleasure to host Governor Fashola in Parliament.
