Fair Finance

Fair Finance is an ethical and socially responsible lender which offers financial services to East Londoners.

Established in April 2005 by its charismatic managing director Faisal Rahman its aim was to give people alternatives to the high interest loan sharks, pawnshops and other lenders.

As well as providing loans to people unable to get credit elsewhere, Fair Finance offers debt advice to help people manage their money better.

I am working with Fair Finance to campaign for fairer lending practices and to publicise the options for fairer borrowing.

The organisation also provides some handy "smart cards" with advice on how to manage personal finances.
