Government U-Turn on Pay to Stay

I welcome this U-turn and have written to Hackney Council and local housing associations urging them to commit to not implement the voluntary scheme.

I am pleased to say that Clarion Housing Group (formerly Circle) has no plans to implement the measure. They told me it would be a very difficult policy to implement.
