Home Office minister Hazel Blears visits Hackney

On Wednesday 15th March Home Office minister Hazel Blears came to Hackney to talk to Queensbridge residents. The minister was shown around the Holly Street estate to see results of the recent joint action between hackney police, hackney council and local residents.

The minister spoke to residents about the government’s respect plan which aims to tackle anti-social behaviour.
