Never mind X-Factor vote Pedro Club!

Meg has called on Hackney residents to show support for Hackney's Pedro Club in a forthcoming TV vote.

The youth club, based in Homerton, will be featured in an ITV programme on 23 November and has the chance to win £50,000 Lottery money in the People's Millions.

Meg said, "If we want to support young people with alternatives to hanging around the streets what better way than to vote for the Pedro Club.

Children in the area have no place to go and the new management board is pushing to improve it. Let's all tune in to support our community and vote for the Pedro."

The Pedro Club project will set up a choir and orchestra primarily for young people in the local community.
