Nous Aussi

I recently visited Nous Aussi; a charity that provides help for minority ethnic French speakers in London.

The charity, based in St John at Hackney community space centre, works with adults and children to help them in education and to access employment.

Twenty-seven African countries have French as either a first or second language.

Nous Aussi runs workshops for young children with French speaking parents and young French learners to support them in their school education.

They also run adult programmes for those who want to use their French-speaking skills in educating others and networking opportunities for local people learning French.
