Should HGVs be banned in city centres?

The All Party Cycling Group will meet this week to discuss whether or not heavy goods vehicles (HGV) should be banned during rush-hour in city centres.

Earlier this year, the Prime Minister David Cameron, met with the group to discuss measures aimed at making Britain's roads safer for cyclists.

The Prime Minister agreed to look into the effectiveness of a ban for lorries during peak times.
