Top Treasury Civil Servant admits there was no Brexit plan

At the Public Accounts Committee, which I chair, we questioned the new head of the Treasury in his first appearance in Parliament on 7 July. He admitted that there had been no planning inside the Treasury for what would happen in the event of a leave vote.
