See above for my weekly round-up of what I’ve been up to in Hackney and Westminster.


This week:

  • The Treasury Select Committee questioned the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves MP, about the Budget.

  • I raised concerns about e-bike battery regulation with the Minister.

  • I visited residents in Dalston and Homerton.


Please don't forget to feed into the consultation about the future of the 38 bus route. This is the bus route that starts at Clapton and Hackney Central, and which runs to Victoria. The current proposals are to shorten the route so the bus terminates at Holborn. See here for further details and to feed in your views. The deadline for responses is Friday 23 January 2026.
