See above for my weekly round-up of what I’ve been up to in Hackney and Westminster.
This week:
I visited the Hackney Chinese Community school, which celebrated its 38th year anniversary.
The Chancellor announced reforms to the financial services sector in her Mansion House speech. Important for Hackney too as we're a hub for fintech companies.
The Treasury Select Committee held a hearing on the reappointment of the head of the Office for Budget Responsibility.
I met with Graeae theatre company - a world-class accessible theatre company composed of deaf, disabled, and neurodiverse artists and theatre makers.
