GP surgeries in Hackney and elsewhere are threatened by government changes to the funding for them.
On Wednesday 6th August, a petition that Meg signed was handed in at 10 Downing Street for the attention of the Prime Minister.
On Thursday 31 July I will be holding a roundtable to discuss the problems with broadband in Shoreditch and Tech City.
Prime Minister promises to ensure that ministers at Department for Culture, Media & Sport will work to improve services to Tech City.
Serious problems at HM Passport Office have come to light in recent weeks as a result of poor planning on the part of the Government. Like all MPs, I have received complaints from people who may need to cancel travel plans or long looked forward to holidays.
On Thursday 12th June 2014, I spoke in the emergency House of Commons debate on this issue and quizzed Home Secretary Theresa May MP.
This week, I pressed health ministers on the number of Hackney GP practices that are facing closure
