As Parliament is on its summer break, I've prepared a video on what the Labour Government has achieved during its first year in power to tackle housing issues.
During its first year, this Labour Government has:
Introduced the Renters’ Rights Bill, including an end to no-fault evictions.
Allocated £39 billion over ten years to affordable social housing.
Committed to improving rights for leaseholders on issues including service charges and cladding.
